Latino Environmental Scan

Dear Colleague, You are invited to participate in a quick survey about services provided by Cooperative Extension staff to Latinos in North Carolina. The survey asks 15 questions in a hope to unite cooperative extension staff serving this population. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete the questionnaire and should be completed as a county unit in a staff meeting. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
